First of all,this company is Tier 1 in their products and customer service….A USA company that actually answers the phone and ready to help….I have to be totally honest and up front, I purchased a RA-140 DTOM and it had a problem. When I called i talked to Jerry Coleman and explained what’s was going on…he said don’t worry our triggers are backed by RISE’S Lifetime Warranty…I said great he took my info and said I am sending you a replacement. I checked back to see if it had shipped and thats when I had the pleasure of talking to Ty Easterling and he was very nice young man and very happy with customer service…. Now for the trigger it self, the rise 140 flat trigger came and I just finished installing it…. Runs great and very happy with trigger and to do business with a USA company with great customer service and warranty is pure gold to me…..this review was of my choice and my totally honest heart felt words….
