This bag is worn on the chest but can also be configured as a MOLLE-mounted butt pack, making it adaptable to different mission profiles and loadouts.Built for real-world use, the Workhorse features a rugged construction and a layout optimized for trauma care. The bag includes four exterior pockets for carrying essential medical supplies and frequently accessed items. These pockets provide fast retrieval while keeping core contents protected.MOLLE-Compatible Medical OrganizationThe center section features elastic retention sewn into a MOLLE-compatible configuration. This layout is designed to secure items such as J-tubes, nasal airways, petrolatum gauze, and medical tape using Fastex buckle retention. The MOLLE field also allows additional compatible pouches to be attached as needed.The lower section includes three double-access pockets that open from both ends. This design ensures access to dressings regardless of bag orientation. These pockets are sized to carry Israeli dressings, gauze, and Kerlix, including two large and two small dressings. A wide elastic retention band between the lower pockets holds two additional small Israeli dressings, keeping lifesaving items staged and ready.Fast Access and Secure CarryA Velcro top flap allows the bag to be closed quickly without engaging the zippers. This feature supports repeated access during patient care and allows rapid closure in urgent situations. When full closure is required, the heavy-duty zippers secure the contents.The bag includes dual shoulder straps that crisscross for stable and comfortable chest carry. A waist strap adds additional stability during movement.
