Description WARRANTY DETAILSLIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTYWARRANTY DETAILS This purchase entitles for a extended warranty on the purchased products from our online store as per the below Terms & Conditions. The period of warranty is determined by the warranty options selected during checkout. Any warranty claims during this period has to to notified to Bufferstock Australia Pty Ltd via email along with the proof of purchase. All assets have to be returned back to the base for repairs/replacements under warranty. The return postage label to be provided by Bufferstock Australia Pty Ltd. All assets have to be sent back in its original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid any damages in transit due to improper packaging. LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY The warranty covers the replacement of all hardware excluding consumables like battery. This warranty does not cover any damages caused on the external case or plastic due dropping or improper handling of the device. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, carelessness, modification, repair, disaster, improper installation or improper testing. This warranty also does not cover any software installed on the devices. This warranty does not cover any physical damages caused in transit to asset due to improper packing while sending the item back to base for warranty claims.
